An Introduction to ABS Infrastructure Design

资产证券化自2014年以来在我国发展迅速。随着业务规模的不断增长,业务管理难度和管理成本越来越高,市场对资产证券化系统的需求日益增加。本文仅从发起人角度对资产证券化系统建设的必要性以及应该涵盖的主要内容进行阐述。

Since 2014, asset-backed securities (ABS) have become increasingly popular in China. With issuance activities becoming ever more common, there have been heightened requirements for the ABS infrastructure in order to reduce administrative costs, avoid human errors and improve efficiency. This paper demonstrates the necessity for the improvement of the ABS system architecture, focusing on the perspective of issuers.
