Preparation of Coating for Carbonless Copy Paper Coating and Its Components

无碳复写纸涂料含上纸(CB纸)、下纸(CF纸)涂料。CB涂料组分主要为微胶囊、间隔剂、羧基丁苯胶乳、改性淀粉等;CF涂料主要组分为酚醛树脂、羧基丁苯胶乳、改性淀粉和少量分散剂、羧甲基纤维素钠、抑泡剂、润滑剂等添加剂。介绍了无碳复写纸CB、CF涂料组分、配比、涂料制备工艺及涂料性能等。

There are two types of coatings for Carbonless copy paper. One is for coated back paper, which are composed of microcapsules, spacer, carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex, modified starch, and so on. Another is for coated front paper, including phenolic resin, carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex, modified starch and additives such as dispersant, carboxymethyl cellulose sodium, foam suppressant, and lubricant. In this study, the composition, proportion, preparation technology and properties of CB and CF coatings for carbonless copy paper are introduced.
