In the case of ensuring the paper strength and the bulk factor, the amount of bleached kraft softwood can be reduced by optimizing the pulping process, so as to save costs. At the same time, by improving the structure of dewatering part and adopting new felt cleaning agent, the cleaning effect of felt can be enhanced, thus greatly improve the air permeability tester of felt and reduce the vacuum pump energy consumption by 42.9%. By improving the efficiency of the press and applying the heat recovery system, the unit consumption of steam can be significantly reduced.
