Reflections on the Service Innovation of University Libraries——Based on the Perspective of the Paper Index in the Ranking and Evaluation Systems

在各大学、学科排名及学科评估体系中,学术论文相关指标是衡量机构科研水平的重要指标之一。本文通过对若干排名评估体系中的学术论文相关指标进行梳理,总结了共性和个性评价指标及计算方法,思考并讨论了高校图书馆提升论文相关指标、增强高校科研竞争力的具体措施,即关注跟踪本校论文数据表现、支持学校科研政策制定、积极参与自评并构建符合学科特色的学术成果合理评价体系。

Among the universities, disciplines rankings and disciplines evaluation systems, the indicators of academic papers are important indicators for measuring the scientific research level of institutions. Through combing the relevant indicators of academic papers in several ranking evaluation systems, summarizing the commonality and individuality evaluation indicators and calculation methods, this paper considers and discusses that university libraries should improve the relevant indicators of papers and enhance the competitiveness of scientific research in universities: focusing on and tracking the performance of papers in the universities ? supporting the formulation of scientific research policies, actively participating in self-evaluation and constructing a reasonable evaluation system for academic achievements in line with the characteristics of the discipline.
