基于用户画像的智慧图书馆个性化服务研究

Research on Personalized Service of Smart Library Based on User Portrait

用户画像是对用户的属性及行为特征的多维度刻画,将其应用于智慧图书馆个性化服务,有利于驱动智慧图书馆创新发展。本文通过对用户画像与智慧图书馆特点的分析,结合相关研究,探索基于本体的用户画像构建过程,从数据获取层、数据处理层、模型与算法层、个性化服务层搭建智慧图书馆个性化服务框架,总结各环节中存在的关键问题,并提出对策。

User Portrait is a multi-dimensional portrayal of the user’s attributes and behavioral characteristics.Applying it to the personalized service of the smart library is conducive to driving the innovation and development of the smart library.This paper analyzes the characteristics of user portrait and smart library,and combines relevant research to explore the ontology-based user portrait construction process,builds a smart library personalized service framework from the data acquisition layer,data processing layer,model and algorithm layer,personalized service layer,summarizes the key problems in each link,and proposes countermeasures.
