摘要
通过对国内外质量管理体系评价方法的对比分析,结合钢铁产品制造企业质量管理体系的现状和需求,以生产过程为切入点,开发了一套定量评价质量管理体系运行有效性的评价模型。该模型以ISO9001和IATF16949标准、顾客特殊需求和5M1E理论为基础,通过采用质量功能屋法和专家打分法,突破了标准条款无权重的业界难题。通过2年的运行,切实提升了质量管理体系运行的水平,具有较好的推广和应用价值。
Based on the comparative analysis of the evaluation methods of quality management system at home and abroad,combined with the current situation and demand of the quality management system in iron and steel product manufacturing enterprises,and taking the production process as the breakthrough point,aquantitative evaluation model for the effectiveness of the quality management system was developed.The model took ISO9001-IATF16949 standard and customers′specificity as its starting point.On the basis of demand and 5 M1 Etheory,through the use of quality function house and expert scoring method,it broke through the industry problem of weightless standard terms.Through two years of operation,the operation level of the quality management system had been improved,and it had good popularization and application value.
