Three Dimensions of International Communication of Chinese Values in Sight of “the Belt and Road Initiative”

摘要 "一带一路"视域下的中国价值观国际传播,契机与挑战并存、困境与策略同在。从战略与机遇看,中国价值观国际传播融入"一带一路"建设,"一带一路"建设也为中国价值观国际传播创造了有利条件,这是中国价值观国际传播的"一带一路"契机。从现实与困境看,"一带一路"成为国际社会经济、政治、文化竞争的"博弈场",中国价值观国际传播面临着地缘政治的阻隔、国际舆情的左右、沿线国家的抵斥、新媒体的冲击,这是中国价值观国际传播的挑战。从反思与出路看,传播中国价值观可在打造多元化主体、创新内容与形式、关照多样化受众、拓展形象化载体上谋思路,这是中国价值观国际传播的"一带一路"策略。
