摘要
对5083铝合金精密铸造板的熔铸工艺进行分析,并与国外的ACP5080和SAG5083铝合金精密铸造板进行了对比。结果表明,通过对5083铝合金成分优化、添加适当的晶粒细化剂以及熔铸工艺的精细控制,生产的5083铝合金精密铸造板的质量可达到国外同类产品的质量水平,且某些性能还更优异。
The melting and casting process of 5083 aluminum alloy precision casting plate is analyzed and compared with foreign casting plates of ACP5080 and SAG5083 aluminum alloy. The results show that the quality of 5083 aluminum alloy precision casting plates can reach the quality level of similar foreign products,and some properties are even better by optimizing the composition of 5083 aluminum alloy,adding appropriate grain refiner and fine control of the casting process.
