摘要
介绍手机用三种高强度铝合金的化学成分、力学性能及其阳极氧化原理。分析了影响阳极氧化质量的因素。通过对不同样品进行喷砂、研磨和阳极氧化,对比氧化膜的色度和厚度。结果表明,合金材料的成分和热处理工艺分别对氧化膜的光泽度和结构特性有明显的影响,Zn、Cu合金元素可以提高氧化膜的成膜速度和耐蚀性;在合金熔炼过程中采用先进的除气、除渣技术以及严格控制合金的氢含量和渣含量,可以使材料获得到更好的阳极氧化效果。
The statement covered chemical compositions,mechanical properties and the principle of anodic oxidation of three high-strength aluminum alloys used for mobile phones. These affecting the anodic oxidation quelity were analyzed. Sandblasting,grinding and anodic oxidation were conducted on different samples,and contrast was conducted on the chroma and thickness of oxidation film. The results show that alloy composition and heat treatment process have great influence on the chroma and structure characteristics of oxidation film, separately. Zn and Cu among other alloy elements can increase film forming speed and corrosion resistance of oxidation film. At the same time,advanced degassing technology,deslagging technology,and strict control of hydrogen content and dross content will lead to better anodic oxidation effect.
