摘要 成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)是生物体内一类重要的多肽生长因子,FGF系统由多个配体与受体组成,广泛存在于机体的多种组织和器官内。FGF通过旁分泌或内分泌的方式调节多种生理活动,参与机体内的血管生成、组织修复、胚胎发育等过程,维护机体组织的正常结构和功能,并且在细胞增殖、分化和迁移等方面发挥重要的作用。随着分子生物学等技术的不断进步,生物科学家们对FGF的研究不断深入,FGF有望成为一种新的治疗手段。已有研究表明,FGF在创伤修复、代谢调控和抗肿瘤等领域都具有广泛的应用前景。该综述详细介绍了近年来国内外对FGF的药物研究进展,展望FGF在生理、病理研究方面的应用前景,为FGF生长因子类药物的开发提供参考。 Fibroblast growth factor( FGF) is an important kind of polypeptide growth factor in organisms. Fibroblast growth factor system is composed of many ligands and receptors,and widely exists in various tissues and organs of the body. Fibroblast growth factor regulates various physiological activities by paracrine or endocrine way,participates in the process of angiogenesis,tissue repair,embryonic development and so on;maintains the normal structure and function of body tissues,and plays an important role in cell proliferation,differentiation and migration. With the development of molecular biology and other technologies,the research of fibroblast growth factor has been deepened by biologists,and it is expected that fibroblast growth factor will become a new therapeutic method. Some studies have shown that fibroblast growth factor has broad application prospects in wound repair,metabolic regulation and anti-cancer. In this paper,the research progress of fibroblast growth factor in recent years at home and abroad has been reviewed,and the application prospect of fibroblast growth factor in physiology and pathology has been prospected,which can provide reference for the development of fibroblast growth factor drugs.
