Discussion on Urban Development and Flood Control Planning

我国经济的发展与城市进程的加快,给城市防洪、供水等工作带来了很大的挑战。城市的抗洪排涝能力会直接影响城市的安全,因此,在城市发展规划中要非常重视防洪规划,缓解城市发展和城市防洪的矛盾。论文主要分析了城市洪涝灾害发生的原因以及城市防洪和城市发展之间的矛盾,并提出如何进行防洪规划,以供参考。

With the development of the economy,the acceleration of the urban process has also brought great challenges to the flood control and water supply of city.The flood and drainage ability of the city directly affects the safety of the city.Therefore,it is necessary to attach great importance to the flood control planning in the urban development planning and alleviate the contradiction between urban development and urban flood control.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of urban flood and flood disaster and the contradiction between urban flood control and urban development,and puts forward how to carry out flood control planning for reference.
