摘要
针对佛山南海新型公共交通项目的轨道结构,以设计原则为前提,依据有关设计规范标准并结合项目实际条件,从轨道、扣件、轨枕、道岔、道床和无缝线路设计等方面就设计思路、方案比选、型号确定等进行了详细的阐述。在分析当前常用的短轨枕式无砟轨道和长轨枕式无砟轨道存有缺陷基础上,以当前高铁领域广泛应用的双块式无砟轨道和岔区长枕埋入式无砟轨道为基础,创造性地提出了包括桁架式双块轨枕无砟轨道和桁架式长轨枕无砟轨道在内的带桁架钢筋的轨枕方案,对新型轨道交通轨道结构设计进行了大胆尝试和有益探索。
In view of the track structure of the Nanhai new public transport project in Foshan,on the premise of design principles,according to the relevant design standards and combined with the actual conditions of the project,from track,fastener,sleeper,turnout,the design idea,scheme comparison and type determination of track bed and jointless track are described in detail.On the basis of analyzing the defects of short-track sleeper track and long-track pillow-free track in common use at present,this paper is inspired by the widely used double-block sleeper track and long pillow embedded orbit in the high-speed rail field at present.Creatively,it includes truss double-block sleeper and truss-type long sleeper.In this paper,the design of the rail structure of the new rail transit is made a bold attempt and a useful exploration.
