筛机侧帮激振器紧固螺栓孔磨损分析及对策

摘要 通过对国产自同步双层直线振动筛的安装调试、使用维护、部件更换大修及基础稳固性处理等问题的分析研究和方案对比,针对侧帮激振器紧固螺栓磨损失效总结形成一套现场可操作性较强的处理方法,从而有效地提高筛机寿命期内的使用效率和运行稳定性。 Through the analysis and research on the installation and debugging,use and maintenance,component replacement overhaul and foundation stability treatment of the homemade self-synchronous double-layer linear vibrating screen,and the comparison of schemes,aiming at thewear failure of fastening bolts of side shock exciter,a set of practical treatmentmethods are summarized,so as to effectively improve the service efficiency and operation stability of the screenmachine during its life.
