Architectural design contract is an important legal guarantee in the construction process and has a great impact on the development of the construction industry.Only by strengthening themanagement of design contract can we further improve the internalmanagement level of design institute and enhance its core competitiveness.This paper expounds the importance of design contract in the management of design institute,analyzes the existing problems in themanagement of design contract,and puts forward some strategies to strengthen the management of design contract for reference.
