摘要
随着经济的发展,电力已经成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的一部分,为了实现电力企业的可持续发展,电力企业要实行精细化的电力营销管理。论文从电力营销实行精细化管理的意义出发,分析了当前电力企业服务管理中存在的问题,并提出了几点精细化管理的具体措施。
With the development of economy,electric power has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life.In order to realize the sustainable development of electric power enterprises,electric power enterprises should implement the refined electric power marketing management.Based on the significance of the fine management of power marketing,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the service management of power enterprises and puts forward some concrete measures for fine management.
