摘要
为实现充分调动设计资源,为创新型设计与制造提供动力,阐述了智能制造环境下协同设计的内涵、协同设计模式与协同设计平台的功能要求。提出了产品创新设计中协同设计的关键技术:面向客户需求的协同定制模式、基于三维标注模型的异构信息协同、基于知识推送的设计资源协同、基于数字孪生的设计信息与物理信息协同。以航空发动机为例,阐述了协同设计技术在典型行业中的创新设计应用。创新设计离不开协同设计的推动,协同设计也应当服务于创新设计。
Collaborative technology fully mobilizes design resources which drives the development of innovation design and manufacturing. This paper first expounds the connotation of collaborative design, collaborative design mode and functional requirements of collaborative design platform in intelligent manufacturing environment. Based on the existing research, propose key technologies of collaborative technology in innovation design: collaborative customization mode for customerrequirement, heterogeneous information collaboration based on 3D annotationmodel,design resource collaboration based on knowledge push,design information and physical information collaboration based on digitaltwins. Innovation design is inseparable from the promotion of collaborative design, and collaborative design should also serve and innovation design.
