理气通便贴对气滞型功能性便秘患者临床症状及生活质量影响观察

Effects of Liqi Tongbian Acupoint Plaster on clinical symptoms and quality of Life of patients with qi stagnation type of functional constipation

目的观察理气通便穴位贴敷对气滞型功能性便秘患者临床症状及生活质量的影响。方法将60例气滞型功能性便秘患者随机分为观察组和对照组2组,各30例。观察组予理气通便基本方制成穴贴贴敷于患者神阙穴,对照组给予理气通便基本方的1/10药量安慰剂穴位贴敷于患者神阙穴,治疗疗程均为4周,观察2组患者治疗前后便秘总体症状积分、单项症状积分及SF-36生活量表积分变化。结果观察组治疗后便秘总体及单项症状积分改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后与治疗前比较在SF-36量表中VT、MH、PCS 3个维度均得到了改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后在BP维度改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟理气通便贴穴位贴敷治疗气滞型功能性便秘能明显减轻患者临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the effects of Liqi Tongbian Acupoint Plaster on the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with qi stagnation type of functional constipation.Methods A total of 60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random method with 30 patients each.The treatment group was treated with Liqi Tongbian Acupoint Plaster made from a basic prescription on Shénquè(神阙CV8),and the control group was treated with 1/10 of the dose of the basic prescription of the Plaster on the same point.The treatment course was 4 weeks,and the changes of the overall symptom score,single symptom score and SF-36 life scale score of constipation before and after the treatment in two groups were observed.Results The improvement of overall and single symptom scores of constipation in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VT,MH and PCS dimensions in the SF-36 scale were improved after the treatment in the treatment group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The improvement in the BP dimension after treatment in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-designed Liqi Tongbian Acupoint Plaster for the treatment of qi stagnation type of functional constipation disease can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.
