浅析四项生化指标检查在肾功能损伤中的应用价值

Analysis of the Application Value of Four Biochemical Indicators in Renal Function Damage

目的探讨四项生化指标检查在肾功能损伤中的应用价值。方法选取120例于2017年1月至2018年12月在我院进行诊疗的肾功能损伤患者为研究组,并将120例同期于我院进行健康体检的健康人员作为对照组。对所有研究对象行四项生化指标检查,包括尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、胱抑素等,比较两组患者四项生化指标的检查结果与阳性检出率。结果研究组患者四项生化指标水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者四项生化指标的阳性检出率分别为20.83%、17.50%、17.50%、20.83%,均明显高于对照组的2.50%、3.33%、2.50%、2.50%,组间比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论四项生化指标检查可准确评估患者肾功能损伤情况,可作为临床诊断肾功能损伤的重要标准,具较高应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of four biochemical indicators in renal function damage. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with renal function injury who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study group, and 120 healthy persons who underwent physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group. Four biochemical indicators including urea nitrogen, creatinine, uric acid and cystatin were examined in all the subjects. The results of the four biochemical indicators and the positive detection rate were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of four biochemical indicators in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The positive detection rates of four biochemical indicators in the study group were 20.83%, 17.50%, 17.50% and 20.83% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (2.50%, 3.33%, 2.50%, 2.50%). There were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Four biochemical indicators can accurately assess the renal function damage of patients, which can be used as an important criterion for clinical diagnosis of renal function damage, and has high application value.
