摘要 目的对化学发光免疫法在检测女性血清性腺激素中的应用及价值进行分析。方法选择不孕症女性患者50例作为实验组,同期选取50例健康育龄期女性作为常规组,两组均接受化学发光免疫法,对比两组检查结果。结果经过对比后发现,相较于常规组,实验组患者雌二醇与孕酮指标水平更低,组间差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时相较于常规组,实验组患者催乳素、促卵泡激素、睾酮及促黄体生成素指标水平更高,组间差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同月经周期内女性血清性腺激素水平呈现周期性变化情况。结论在女性血清性腺激素的检测中,可通过化学发光免疫法取得更为准确的检测结果,该检测方法可对女性各项指标水平进行有效判断,可为后续诊断及治疗提供重要参考依据。 Objective To analyze the application and value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in detecting female serum gonadal hormone. Methods Fifty female patients with infertility were selected as the experimental group. 50 healthy women of childbearing age were selected as the regular group. Both groups received chemiluminescence immunoassay. The results of the two groups were compared. Results After comparison, it was found that the estradiol and progesterone levels were lower in the experimental group than in the conventional group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). At the same time, the levels of prolactin, follicle stimulating hormone, testosterone and luteinizing hormone in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). The serum levels of serum glandular hormones varied periodically in different menstrual cycles. Conclusion In the detection of female serum gonadal hormone, more accurate test results can be obtained by chemiluminescence immunoassay. This test method can effectively judge the level of women’s indicators, which can provide an important reference for subsequent diagnosis and treatment.
