摘要
目的分析高原地区茵栀黄颗粒结合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法选取我院于2016年1月至2019年2月新生儿黄疸患者64例,按不同治疗方法将其随机均分为实验组(采取茵栀黄颗粒结合蓝光照射)与对照组(采取纯蓝光照射),各32例,收集对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果实验组的患儿治疗有效率远高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后血液中胆红素含量,不良反应发生率,住院时间均为实验组远低于对照组,两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高原地区茵栀黄颗粒结合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸,治疗效果更加显著,治疗后血液胆红素含量以及不良反应发生率更低,住院时间更短,具有较大的推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of Yinzhihuang granule combined with blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice in the highland area. Methods Sixty-four cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2019 were selected, according to different treatment methods, they were randomly divided into experimental group (Yinzhihuang granule combined with blue light irradiation)Control group (irradiated by pure blue light), 32 cases each, collected and compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups of children. Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was much higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The blood bilirubin content, the incidence of adverse reactions, and the hospitalization time were much lower in the experimental group. In the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinzhihuang granules combined with blue light irradiation in the high altitude area are more effective in treating neonatal jaundice. The therapeutic effect of blood bilirubin and adverse reactions is lower after treatment, and the hospitalization time is shorter, which has greater popularization and application value.
