自拟利胆和胃颗粒联合胆石通利片治疗胆囊息肉50例

Treatment of 50 Cases of Gallbladder Polyps with Lidanhewei Granule Combined with Danshi Tongli Tablet

目的探究自拟利胆和胃颗粒联合胆石通利片治疗胆囊息肉的效果。方法将我院2017年12月至2019年2月收治的50例胆囊息肉患者随机均分成实验组、对照组,各25例。对照组行胆石通利片治疗,实验组行自拟利胆和胃颗粒联合胆石通利片治疗。对比两组患者的疗效。结果两组患者治疗后中医症状积分均显著低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在治疗胆囊息肉上,相比单纯胆石通利片治疗,采用自拟利胆和胃颗粒联合胆石通利片治疗效果更佳,可有效改善患者生活质量,值得临床大力推广及应用。

Objective Exploring the effect of self-made spleen and stomach granules combined with Danshi Tongli tablets in the treatment of gallbladder polyps. Methods 50 patients with gallbladder polyps admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 25 cases each. The control group was treated with Danshi Tongli Tablets. The experimental group was treated with Lidanhewei Granule Combined with Danshi Tongli Tablet. Compare the efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results The TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the treatment of gallbladder polyps, compared with the simple treatment of Danshi Tongli tablets, the use of self-made Lidan and stomach granules combined with Danshi Tongli tablets is better, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
