急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死患者急救效果的影响

Effect of Emergency Nursing Process on First Aid Effect of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的分析急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者急救效果的影响。方法抽选我院2017年12月至2018年12月急诊医学科接收的ACI患者120例,据随机数字法分为2组,对照组行常规流程护理,研究组行急诊护理流程急救,对比两组急救效率。结果研究组急救溶栓后生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且研究组分诊时间、总抢救时间相比对照组明显更短(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理流程可有效缩短ACI患者抢救时间,显著提高急救效率,并可有效提高溶栓治疗效果,保障患者健康。

Objective To analyze the effect of emergency nursing process on the first aid effect of patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods A total of 120 ACI patients received from the Department of Emergency Medicine from December 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number method. The control group underwent routine process care, and the study group undertook emergency nursing process first aid. The first aid efficiency of the two groups was compared. Results The quality of life scores of the study group after first aid thrombolysis were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The time of diagnosis and total rescue time of the study group were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The emergency nursing process can effectively shorten the rescue time of ACI patients, significantly improve the efficiency of first aid, and effectively improve the effect of thrombolytic therapy and ensure the health of patients.
