多针透剌配合梅花针叩刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Multi-needle Penetration Combined with Plum Blossom Needle Tapping on Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的探讨多针透剌配合梅花针叩刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效研究。方法选择周围性面神经麻痹患者100例为分析对象,根据对患者制定治疗方案差异将其每组50例分为对照组与联合组,对应治疗方案分别为常规西医药物治疗、基于常规西药治疗基于多针透刺配合梅花针叩刺治疗。比较两种治疗方案效果。结果对治疗后病情疗效评估,联合组总有效率为98.0%,对照组总有效率为84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分别于治疗前后对两组患者面肌功能进行检测,两组患者均有所改善而联合组所得数据更具优越性且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对周围性面神经麻痹患者在常规药物治疗基础上配合多针透刺、梅花针叩刺疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of multi-needle penetration combined with plum blossom needle tapping on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods One hundred patients with peripheral facial paralysis were selected as the object of analysis. According to the difference of treatment schemes, 50 patients in each group were divided into control group and combined group. The corresponding treatment schemes were routine western medicine treatment, routine western medicine treatment based on multi-needle penetration and plum blossom needle tapping therapy. Comparing the effect of two treatment schemes. Results The total effective rate was 98.0% in the combined group and 84.0% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The facial muscle function of the two groups were tested before and after treatment. The two groups were improved, while the data of the combined group were more superior and had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with peripheral facial paralysis, the combination of multi-needle penetration and plum blossom acupuncture on the basis of conventional drug therapy is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
