观察微创距下关节融合术治疗距下关节创伤性关节炎的临床效果

Observe the Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Articular Fusion in the Treatment of Subtalar Joint Traumatic Arthritis

目的探讨微创距下关节融合术治疗跟骨骨折所致距下关节创伤性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2019年1月收治的45例距下关节创伤性关节炎患者作为研究对象,将其按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(22例,使用常规的保守治疗方法进行治疗)和实验组(23例,使用微创距下关节融合术进行治疗),对两组患者的治疗效果进行数据的整理和分析。结果两组患者在治疗后均有所好转,但是实验组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在距下关节创伤性关节炎患者的临床治疗时,使用微创距下关节融合术的治疗效果明显更好,有较高的使用价值和推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive subtalar arthrodesis in the treatment of traumatic arthritis of the subtalar joint caused by calcaneal fracture. Methods Forty-five patients with subtalar joint traumatic arthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control group according to different treatment methods (22 cases, using conventional conservative treatment). methods were treated with the experimental group (23 cases, treated with minimally invasive arthroplasty), and the treatment effects of the two groups were collated and analyzed. Results Both groups of patients improved after treatment, but the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with subtalar joint traumatic arthritis, the use of minimally invasive articular fusion is significantly better, with higher use value and promotion value.
