基层医院耳鼻喉科开展护理品牌活动效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Carrying out Nursing Brand Activities in Otorhinolaryngology Department of Primary Hospitals

目的探讨基层医院耳鼻喉科开展护理品牌活动的效果。方法本科自2016年3月成立"悦动"护理品牌以来,针对耳鼻喉科病人疾病特点,在保证科室优质护理和质量安全的同时,开展了围手术期病人"五个一"活动;"3月3爱耳日"、"世界睡眠日"、"世界噪音日"、"爱鼻日"等主题活动;"喉癌之家'联谊会;走进校园、社区健教宣讲;关爱聋哑儿童,走进福利院及聋哑学校等系列温暖服务活动。结果通过品牌活动实践使团队建设和品牌文化得到提升,获得了较好的社会效益。结论护理品牌建设能有效促进护理品质的提升,挖掘护士潜力,结合基层医院及地方特色,探索出独特的品牌建设道路,被同行认可,患者和家属满意度提升,有利专科护理建设。

Objective To investigate the effect of brand nursing activities in otolaryngology department of primary hospitals.Methods Since the establishment of "yuedong" nursing brand in our department in March 2016,according to the disease characteristics of otolaryngology patients,we have carried out "five one" perioperative activities for patients while ensuring the quality and safety of quality nursing in our department.Theme activities such as "3 March ear care day","world sleep day","world noise day" and "love your nose day";The "house of laryngeal cancer" fraternity;Into the campus, community health education propaganda;Care for deaf children,into welfare homes and deaf schools and other warm service activities.Results Through the practice of brand activities,team building and brand culture were improved,and good social benefits were obtained.Conclusion Nursing brand building can effectively promote the improvement of nursing quality,tap the potential of nurses,combine with basic hospitals and local characteristics,explore a unique brand building road,recognized by peers,improve the satisfaction of patients and their families,and strengthen the construction of specialized nursing.
