2014-2019年云南省某县AIDS感染现况及抗病毒治疗分析

Analysis of AIDS Infection Status and Antiviral Treatment in a County of Yunnan Province from 2014 to 2019

目的分析2014年至2019年云南省某县AIDS感染现状及抗病毒效果。方法分析在我院接受治疗AIDS人口学特征,并积极抗病毒给予治疗。结果该县AIDS患者以男性较多,主要分布在26-45岁,84.8%为农民,53.92%为性接触,传播途径不明确占28.43%,静脉吸毒占17.65%,在积极给予抗病毒治疗后,治疗成功率不断升高。结论针对AIDS患者,要积极给予抗病毒和用药干预,提高患者依从性,提高治疗成功率。

Objective To analyze the current status of AIDS infection and antiviral effect in a county from 2014 to 2019.Methods To analyze the demographic characteristics of AIDS and to actively treat it with antiviral therapy. Results AIDS patients were more male,mainly distributed in 26~45 years old,84.8% were farmers.53.92% were sexual contacts.The route of transmission was not clear,accounting for 28.43%,and intravenous drug use was 17.65%. After antiviral treatment,the success rate of treatment increased continuously.Conclusion For patients with AID, it is necessary to actively give anti-viral and medication interventions to improve patient compliance and improve treatment success rate.
