Explore a New Model of Medical Reform with Chinese Characteristics to Promote Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases Through Health Management

医疗是目前社会稳定和国家发展需要解决的重要难题,所以积极地进行医疗改革,实现社会稳定性提升非常必要。就目前的医疗改革来看,因为我国的国情特殊,所以医改必须要从我国自身的实践出发,而对我国当前的医疗卫生情况做具体的分析发现慢性病对人们的生活影响是非常显著的,而在医疗实践中,关于慢性病的管理和治疗尚没有科学的对策。近年来兴起的健康管理在医疗实践中进行运用后取得了不错的效果,一方面,其能够为我国慢性病的分析研究提供资料,另一方面,其可以为我国慢性病防控提供参考,所以说健康管理的现实价值非常显著。文章分析研究以健康管理促慢性病防控,探索中国特色医改新模式,旨在为我国的医改实践提供帮助与指导。

Medical care is an important problem that needs to be solved for social stability and national development at present,therefore,it is necessary to actively carry out medical reform and realize the improvement of social stability.In the context of the current health care reform,because the special national conditions of our country, so the reform must be based on their own practice in China,and for a specific analysis of China's current medical and health conditions found that chronic disease is very significant impact on people's lives,and in the medical practice, about the management and treatment of chronic diseases is still no scientific countermeasures.In recent years,the emerging health management has been applied in medical practice and achieved good results,on the one hand,it can provide data for the analysis and research of chronic diseases in China;on the other hand,it can provide reference for the prevention and control of chronic diseases in China,therefore,the practical value of health management is very significant.This paper analyzes and studies the health management to promote the prevention and control of chronic diseases,and explores a new model of medical reform with Chinese characteristics,in order to provide help and guidance for China's medical reform practice.
