角度定位旋转侧扳法治疗颈源性头痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Cervicogenic Headache by Angle-Oriented Rotating Side-pulling Method

目的探讨角度定位旋转侧扳法治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果。方法选取我院颈源性头痛患者68例(2017年6月至2018年11月),随机数字表法分为对照组(n=34)与研究组(n=34)。对照组采取常规干预,对照组基础上研究组采取角度定位旋转侧扳法。统计两组治疗前后疼痛程度(VAS)及头痛发作次数、治疗后3个月疾病复发率。结果治疗后研究组VAS低于对照组、头痛发作次数少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疾病复发率6.25%(2/32)低于对照组25.00%(8/32)(P<0.05)。结论常规干预基础上采取角度定位旋转侧扳法治疗颈源性头痛,可减轻疼痛,减少头痛发作,且利于降低疾病复发率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of angular positioning,rotation and lateral pulling in the treatment of cervicogenic headache.Methods 68 patients with cervical headache in our hospital (June 2017 - November 2018) were randomly divided into control group (n=34) and research group (n=34).The control group was given routine intervention,while the control group was given angular positioning and rotation lateral pull method on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain (VAS),the number of headache attacks and the recurrence rate of disease in the two groups before and after treatment were counted.Results After treatment,the VAS of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the frequency of headache attack was less than that of the control group (P<0.05);the recurrence rate of disease in the study group was 6.25%(2/32) lower than that of the control group (25.00%(8/32)(P< 0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine intervention,the treatment of cervicogenic headache by angular positioning, rotation and lateral pulling can reduce the degree of pain,reduce the attack of headache and reduce the recurrence rate of disease.
