早期饮食干预对肝癌患者肠道功能恢复及并发症发生的临床影响

Clinical Effect of Early Dietary Intervention on Intestinal Function Recovery and Complications in Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的探讨早期饮食干预对肝癌患者肠道功能恢复及并发症发生的临床影响。方法从2017年8月至2018年8月我院收治的进行手术治疗的肝癌患者中,抽取90例患者作为此次研究对象,根据患者的手术时间将其分为干预组和常规组。常规组患者给予常规临床护理,干预组患者则在常规组的基础上增加使用早期饮食干预,比较两组患者的肠道功能恢复情况以及并发症发生情况。结果干预组患者的肠功能恢复情况要明显好于常规组,并发症发生率要明显低于干预组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床肝癌患者术后护理中,增加使用早期饮食干预对于患者肠道功能恢复具有十分积极的效果,并且能够有效降低呼喊着并发症的发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of early dietary intervention on intestinal function recovery and complications in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,90 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the operation time,the patients were divided into intervention group and routine group.The routine group was given routine clinical nursing,while the intervention group was given early dietary intervention on the basis of the routine group.The recovery of intestinal function and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery of intestinal function in the intervention group was better than that in the routine group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the intervention group (P< 0.05).Conclusion Increasing the use of early dietary intervention in the post-operative care of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma has a very positive effect on the recovery of intestinal function,and can effectively reduce the incidence of shouting complications,which is worthy of promotion.
