摘要
目的评价山药豆腐鲫鱼汤对于食管癌术后患者手术切口愈合的效果。方法选取2018年11月至2019年4月于德阳市人民医院行食管癌手术的患者80例,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组与试验组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规健康教育,并且每周一、三、五上午进行伤口换药。试验组在对照组的基础上服用山药豆腐鲫鱼汤,每日一次,每次300mL,于早上空腹服用,一周一疗程,共两个疗程。两周后观察患者伤口恢复情况。结果共有79名患者完成研究,其中试验组40例,对照组39例(脱落1例)。干预后,试验组切口愈合情况优于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论山药豆腐鲫鱼汤可促进体表手术切口的愈合。
Objective To evaluate the effect of yam bean curd crucian carp decoction on surgical incision healing in patients with esophageal cancer after operation.Methods 80 patients with esophageal cancer surgery were selected from November 2018 to April 2019 in Deyang People's hospital,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random Digital table method,40 cases each.The control group used routine health education,and wound medicine was carried out every Monday,Wednesday and Friday mornings.In the control group on the basis of taking yam tofu crucian carp soup,once a day,each 300mL,in the morning fasting,a course of treatment,a total of two courses.The recovery of the patient's wound was observed after two weeks.Results A total of 79 patients completed the study,of which 40 cases,the control group 39 cases (shedding 1 cases).After the intervention,the incision healing in the test group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was more statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Yam Bean Curd carp decoction could promote the healing of the incision of body surface.
