PDCA循环管理对血液透析患者血管通路相关并发症的影响

The Effect of PDCA Circulation Management on Vascular Access-related Complications in Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨PDCA循环管理对血液透析患者血管通路相关并发症的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2018年12月我院收治的血液透析患者90例,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组则在常规护理基础上实施PDCA循环管理。评价两组护理质量及血管通路相关并发症的发生情况。结果相对于对照组,观察组护理质量各维度评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相对于对照组,观察组治疗期间裂管、血管狭窄、血栓堵塞、感染、渗血等并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者实施PDCA循环管理利于提升临床护理质量,降低血管通路相关并发症的发生风险。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA circulation management on vascular access-related complications in hemodialysis patients.Methods Ninety patients with hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were divided into two groups by random number table,45 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given PDCA cycle management on the basis of routine nursing. To evaluate the quality of nursing and the occurrence of complications related to vascular access in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the nursing quality of the observation group scored higher in each dimension, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);compared with the control group,the incidence of complications such as fissure,vascular stenosis,thrombosis,infection and bleeding was lower in the observation group during the treatment period,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation management in hemodialysis patients can improve the quality of clinical nursing and reduce the risk of complications related to vascular access.
