超微通道经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术联合通淋排石汤治疗肾结石86例临床研究

Ultra-micro-channel Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy with Holmium Laser Lithotripsy Combined with Tonglin Paishi Decoction in the Treatment of 86 Cases of Renal Calculi

目的超微通道经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术联合通淋排石汤治疗肾结石86例临床研究。方法2018年1月至2018年12月共有86例肾结石患者来我院进行治疗,将其作为此次研究的研究对象,采用超微通道经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术联合通淋排石汤对患者进行治疗,记录患者的临床疗效以及疾病复发率。结果治疗的总有效率为93.02%,疾病复发率为2.50%。结论在临床肾结石患者的治疗中,超微通道经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术联合通淋排石汤具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective Ultrastructural percutaneous nephrolithotomy,holmium laser lithotripsy combined with Tonglin Paishi Decoction in the treatment of 86 cases of renal calculi.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,a total of 86 patients with kidney stones came to our hospital for treatment.The ultra-microchannel percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy combined with Tonglu Paishi Decoction treats patients and records their clinical efficacy and disease recurrence rate.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 93.02%,and the disease recurrence rate was 2.50%. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with clinical kidney stones,ultra-microchannel percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy combined with Tonglin Paishi Decoction has good clinical efficacy and is worthy of promotion.
