带锁髓内钉治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Interlocking Intramedullary Nail in the Treatment of Nonunion after Traumatic Fracture of Extremities

目的分析探讨带锁髓内钉治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的临床效果。方法选择我院2017年5月至2018年5月收治的四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者52例,作为研究对象。随机分为对照组(26例,采用常规治疗方法)与观察组(26例,采用带锁髓内钉治疗)。观察记录两组患者的手术情况(手术时间、术中出血量等)和治疗效果,并进行分析探讨。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者的手术情况更好,手术时间明显缩短、术中出血量明显减少;观察组患者的治疗效果更佳。两组差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的治疗中,应用带锁髓内钉治疗方法,具有良好的治疗效果,可有效改善手术情况,提高临床实用推广价值。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of nonunion after traumatic fracture of extremities.Methods Fifty-two patients with nonunion after traumatic fracture of extremities admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the subjects of study.They were randomly divided into control group (26 cases,routine treatment) and observation group (26 cases,treated by interlocking intramedullary nail).The operation time and bleeding volume of the two groups were observed and recorded,and the therapeutic effect was analyzed and discussed.Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had better operation condition,shorter operation time and less intraoperative bleeding,and the patients in the observation group had better therapeutic effect.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of nonunion after limb trauma and fracture, the application of interlocking intramedullary nail has good therapeutic effect,can effectively improve the operation condition,and improve the clinical application and popularization value.
