前列腺增生合并尿道外口狭窄在临床中的治疗体会

Clinical Experience of Benign Paostatic Hyperplasia Complicated with Urethral Orifice Stenosis

目的探讨前列腺增生合并尿道外口狭窄在临床中的治疗体会。方法通过收集2013年9月至2018年9月67例前列腺增生合并尿道外口狭窄的患者进行分析。对于67例前列腺增生合并尿道外口狭窄的患者,根据不同病因及狭窄程度,给予术中避免损伤,部分病例行尿道外口切开,术后定期复查,定期尿道扩张等综合治疗。结果通过随访3月至2年,67例患者治疗后明显好转,55例治愈,11例给予扩张后治愈,1例病人仍需定期扩张,但对于日常生活无明显影响。结论对于前列腺增生合并尿道外口狭窄的患者,通过术中、术后多种综合治疗后效果好、恢复快,能有效地减少复发。

Objective To investigate the clinical experience of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with urethral orifice stenosis.Methods Sixty-seven patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with urethral orifice stenosis were collected from September 2013 to September 2018.For 67 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with urethral orifice stenosis,according to different etiology and degree of stenosis,to avoid injury during operation,some cases were treated with external incision of urethra,postoperative regular review,regular urethral dilatation and other comprehensive treatment.Results Follow up was conducted in March 2 years,67 patients were significantly improved after treatment,55 cases were cured,11 cases were cured after expansion,1 patients still need regular expansion,but it has no obvious influence on daily life.Conclusion For patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with urethral orifice stenosis,it is effective,quick and effective in reducing recurrence after operation and postoperative comprehensive treatment.
