肝硬化患者的凝血酶原时间和血小板的参数变化及其临床意义

Changes of Prothrombin Time and Platelet Parameters in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis and its Clinical Significance

目的探究肝硬化患者的凝血酶原时间和血小板的参数变化及其临床意义,以供临床参考。方法选取某院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的108肝硬化例患者作为实验组研究对象。将实验组患者随机均分成出血组(肝硬化合并出血者,50例)、未出血组(肝硬化未合并出血者,58例)。同时选取同期于某院行体检的健康人群50例作为对照组。检测所有研究对象的PLT参数与PT水平。观察、对比出血组、未出血组患者及实验组、对照组PLT参数及PT水平。结果实验组与对照组PLT参数及PT水平相比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。出血组与未出血组患者PLT参数及PT水平相比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论临床在诊断肝硬化患者是否出血及肝功能受损程度时可通过PLT参数及PT水平进行评定,二者具有一定的临床诊断价值。

Objective To explore the changes of prothrombin time and platelet parameters in patients with cirrhosis and their clinical significance for clinical reference. Methods 108 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the experimental group. Patients in the experimental group were randomly divided into the bleeding group(50 patients with cirrhosis and hemorrhage) and the non-bleed group(58 patients with cirrhosis without bleeding). At the same time, 50 healthy people who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. PLT parameters and PT levels were measured for all subjects. PLT parameters and PT levels were observed and compared in the bleeding group, the non-bleeding group, the experimental group and the control group. Results Compared with the PLT parameters and PT levels in the experimental group and the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The PLT parameters and PT levels in the bleeding group and the non-bleeding group were P< 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Clinical diagnosis of hepatic cirrhosis patients with bleeding and liver function damage can be assessed by PLT parameters and PT levels, both have a certain clinical diagnostic value.
