高校附属医院公派出国效益评价调查——以浙江省R医院为例

An Investigation on the Benefit Evaluation of Public Deployed Countries in Affiliated Hospitals of Colleges and Universities——Taking R Hospital in Zhejiang Province as An Example

目的评价高校附属医院公派出国效益,回顾性分析出国人员所带来的各种收获和贡献。方法结合医院公派出国交流现状和特点设计调查问卷,对1985年至2013年间公派出国人员进行回访,采用Epidata 3.1软件录入并建立数据库,经双人核对后采用SPSS 16.0软件进行频数分布分析。结果通过公派出国,78.9%的归国人员认为出国经历对提高自己学术水平的影响非常大或较大,61.5%人员认为对自己的外语水平的提高有非常大或较大的影响。通过人才的国际化交流,让医院能够系统性地学习国外医院的先进技术和经验,帮助学科和医院的成长发展,进而明显提高了临床诊疗、科研和教学能力,为医院综合实力的提高奠定了坚实的基础,同时提升了在国际上的影响力。结论公派出国能为高校附属医院带来极大的效益,但也存在一定问题需要根据发展对政策进行适当调整。

Objective To evaluate the benefits of public hospitals sent abroad by affiliated hospitals, and to retrospectively analyze the various benefits and contributions brought by people going abroad.Methods Design questionnaires based on the status and characteristics of hospitals’ public exchanges abroad,a return visit was conducted to the public from 1985 to 2013,enter and build a database using Epidata 3.1 software,the frequency distribution analysis was performed using SPSS 16.0 software after double check.Results By going abroad, 78.9%of returnees believe that the impact of going abroad on their academic level is very large or large,61.5% of the staff believe that there is a very large or large impact on the improvement of their foreign language level.Through the international exchange of talents, the hospital can systematically learn the advanced technology and experience of foreign hospitals, help the growth of disciplines and hospitals, and thus significantly improve the clinical diagnosis, treatment, research and teaching capabilities, and lay a foundation for the improvement of the hospital’s comprehensive strength. Solid, while enhancing its international influence.Conclusion Public sending out of the country can bring great benefits to college affiliated hospitals, but there are certain problems that need to be properly adjusted according to development.
