探讨负压吸引技术在难愈性肛肠术后愈合创面的应用分析

To Explore the Application of Negative Pressure Suction Technique in the Healing of Wounds after Refractory Anorectal Surgery

目的探讨对于难愈性肛肠术后创面愈合使用负压吸引技术的治疗效果。方法选取2016年7月至2018年9月我院收治的采用负压吸引技术治疗的难愈性肛肠术后创面患者45例作为观察组,选取同期采用常规治疗的难愈性肛肠术后创面患者45例作为对照组,对比两组患者的创面愈合时间以及给药后3周间的创面愈合情况。结果(1)两组患者的创面愈合时间对比:观察组患者的创面愈合时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;(2)两组患者的创面愈合情况对比:观察组患者在1周、2周及3周的创面愈合情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论应用负压吸引技术能明显提高难愈性肛肠术后创面愈合效率,缩短愈合时间,疗效显著值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of negative pressure suction on wound healing after refractory anorectal surgery. Methods Forty-five patients with refractory wounds after anorectal surgery treated by negative pressure suction from July 2016 to September 2018 in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 45 patients with refractory wounds after anorectal surgery treated by conventional therapy at the same time were selected as the control group. The wound healing time and the wound healing situation in three weeks after administration were compared between the two groups. Results(1) The wound healing time of the two groups was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);(2)Comparison of wound healing between the two groups: the wound healing of the observation group in 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The suction technique can obviously improve the wound healing efficiency and shorten the healing time of refractory anorectal surgery. The curative effect is worth promoting.
