分析无痛胃肠镜与常规胃肠镜的临床应用效果

Analysis of Clinical Application of Painless Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and Conventional Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

目的分析探讨在临床检查中无痛胃肠镜与常规胃肠镜应用的实际效果。方法选取在我院2018年1月至2019年1月接受胃肠镜检查的98例患者作为分析探讨对象,分为对照组和分析组,每组患者49例。给予对照组患者实施常规胃肠镜检查,给予分析组患者实施无痛胃肠镜检查。结果分析研究数据显示,分析组患者检查相关不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者,两组数据对比差异明显,即P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论临床医生接诊患者后,要依据患者身体机能、经济状况、精神状态等综合情况选择适宜的胃肠镜检查方案。临床分析研究结果表明,无痛胃肠镜检查胃肠道疾病其安全性、有效性均较高,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To analyze the practical effects of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy in clinical examination. Methods 98 patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy during our period from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study,they were divided into control group and analysis group, with 49 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine gastrointestinal endoscopy, and patients in the analysis group were given painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Results The data of the analysis showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the analysis group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant, that is, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion After the clinician receives the patient, he should choose the appropriate gastrointestinaloscopy according to the comprehensive condition of the patient’s physical function, economic status and mental state. The results of clinical analysis show that the painless gastrointestinal endoscopy of gastrointestinal diseases is safe and effective, and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
