颈椎病患者采取整体康复治疗的临床效果观察及预后影响

Cervical Spondylosis Patients Take Overall Rehabilitation Clinical Effect Observation and Prognosis

目的研究颈椎病患者中展开整体康复治疗的疗效及对患者预后产生的影响。方法随机抽取2016年5月至2018年5月本院收治的300例颈椎病患者作对象,依据治疗方式差异分作2组,各150例,对照组展开常规西医治疗,而观察组展开整体康复治疗,对比分析2组临床效果及预后水平。结果观察组有效率96.00%,而对照组是80.00%(P<0.05)。观察组颈椎功能评分也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论于颈椎病患者中展开整体康复治疗可提升疗效,并促使其预后水平提升。

Objective To study a whole the curative effect of rehabilitation therapy in patients with cervical spondylosis and the influence on prognosis of patients. Methods Randomly in May 2016-May 2018 in our hospital treated 300 cases of cervical spondylosis patients as objects, divided into two groups according to treatment differences,all the 150 cases, control group routine western medicine treatment, the overall rehabilitation treatment group,compared two groups of clinical effect and prognosis. Results Observation group effective rate was 96.00%, while the control group was 80.00%,(P<0.05). Observation group of cervical functional score is better than the control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with cervical spondylosis in the overall rehabilitation treatment can improve curative effect, and promote its prognostic level.
