心血管内科护理中潜在的不安全因素分析及预防对策

Potential Unsafe Factors in Cardiovascular Internal Medicine Nursing and Preventive Measures

目的分析心血管内科护理中潜在的不安全因素,并探讨有效的预防对策,旨在提高护理质量。方法选择我院2015年1月至2018年9月所收治的90例心血管内科疾病患者为研究对象,针对这些患者展开问卷调查。结果发现心血管内科护理中的潜在不安全因素,主要来自三个方面,护理人员、患者自身、医院。结论通过分析心血管内科疾病护理中所潜在的不安全因素及预防对策,能够减少护理风险事故的发生,有助于护理质量及治疗效果的提升,值得临床护理中加以研究。

Objective To analyze the potential unsafe factors in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing,and to explore effective preventive measures in order to improve the quality of nursing. Methods Ninety patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects, and a questionnaire survey was conducted among these patients. Results Potential unsafe factors in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing were found mainly from three aspects: nurses, patients themselves and hospitals. Conclusion By analyzing the potential unsafe factors and preventive measures in the nursing of cardiovascular diseases, the occurrence of nursing risk accidents can be reduced, and the nursing quality and treatment effect can be improved. It is worth studying in clinical nursing.
