探讨护理干预对四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者康复效果的影响

Explore the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation of Patients with Limb Swelling after Limb Fracture Operation

目的分析探讨护理干预对四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者康复效果的影响及临床应用价值。方法以2017年4月至2018年4月我科室收治的220例四肢骨折术后患者为研究对象,抽签分为对照组和观察组。对照组110例患者采取常规护理措施,观察组110例患者在此基础上加以护理干预,观察分析患者肢体肿胀改善情况,比较治疗效果和疼痛程度。结果四肢骨折术后7d观察组患者肢体肿胀情况优于对照组,疼痛程度评分也明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规骨科护理基础上采取护理干预措施能有效缓解四肢骨折术后患者肢体肿胀和疼痛,促进术后康复,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with limb swelling after limb fracture operation and its clinical application value. Methods Two hundred and twenty patients with limb fracture treated in our department from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots. 110 patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, while110 patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention on this basis. The improvement of limb swelling was observed and analyzed, and the therapeutic effect and pain degree were compared. Results The swelling of limbs in the observation group was better than that in the control group on the 7 th day after operation, and the pain score was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention based on routine orthopaedic nursing can effectively alleviate limb swelling and pain of patients with limb fracture after operation, and promote rehabilitation after operation. It has high clinical application value.
