小儿手足口病的临床观察及治疗策略分析

Clinical Observation and Treatment Strategy Analysis of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease in Children

目的探讨热毒宁与利巴韦林联合治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果。方法选取本院2018年全年收治小儿手足口病患者67例,随机分组,观察组30例,对照组37例。对照组采用利巴韦林治疗,观察组加用热毒宁注射液,对比疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率更高,为96.7%(P<0.05),治疗期间两组无明显不良反应。结论对小儿手足口病可采用利巴韦林与热毒宁联合治疗,效果显著,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Reduning combined with ribavirin in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease in children. Methods Sixty-seven children with hand, foot and mouth disease were treated in our hospital in 2018. The patients were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(37 cases). The control group was treated with ribavirin, while the observation group was treated with Reduning injection. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%(P<0.05),and there were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment. Conclusion Ribavirin combined with Reduning is effective, safe and reliable in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease in children.
