摘要 目的对移动头部诊断CT临床诊断脑出血的作用价值进行观察,为临床实践提供参考和指导.方法将天津医科大学总医院从2018年4月到2018年12月以来,收治的100例脑出血患者作为临床研究对象,对其进行移动头部诊断CT检查,回顾分析其病情诊断及预后情况.结果 100例患者在CT检查下,均确诊为脑出血.CT检查结果显示,其中基底节出血67例(67.00%)、丘脑出血19例(19.00%)、小脑出血10例(10.00%)、脑干出血4例(4.00%).出血量小于30mL者35例(35.00%),出血量30mL到60mL者45例(45.00%),出血量超过60mL者20例(20.00%).脑干出血及出血量超过60mL的患者死亡率明显升高,在临床上必须引起高度的重视.结论移动头部诊断CT可以准确的诊断脑出血患者的出血部位以及出血量,预测患者预后,为临床治疗提供详实的参考依据,并且其使用方便、灵活,可以在病房内移动,辐射量小,安全可靠,具有高度的诊断应用价值,值得加强推广. Objective To observe the value of clinical diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage by moving head diagnosis CT, and provide reference and guidance for clinical practice. Methods From April 2018 to December 2018, the Tianjin General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University took 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage as the clinical research object. The CT scan of the head was performed and the disease diagnosis and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results 100 patients were diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage under CT examination. CT findings showed 67 cases of basal ganglia hemorrhage(67.00%), 19 cases of thalamic hemorrhage(19.00%), 10 cases of cerebellar hemorrhage(10.00%), and 4 cases of brain stem hemorrhage(4.00%). There were 35 cases(35.00%) with bleeding volume less than 30 mL, 45 cases(45.00%) with bleeding volume 30 mL to 60 mL, and 20 cases(20.00%) with bleeding volume over 60 mL.The mortality of patients with brain stem hemorrhage and bleeding volume exceeding 60 mL is significantly increased,which must be highly valued in clinical practice. Conclusion Mobile head diagnosis CT can accurately diagnose the bleeding site and the amount of bleeding in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, predict the prognosis of patients,provide a detailed reference for clinical treatment, and it is convenient and flexible to use, can move in the ward, and the amount of radiation is small. It is safe and reliable, has a high diagnostic value, and is worthy of promotion.
