摘要
医疗事业的推进以及医疗改革的深入,都使得人们对于健康的需求和当前医疗资源之间存在极大矛盾,要解决这个难题需要从多个方面入手,其中通过各种手段提升行政人员专业管理水平以促进医院医疗资源合理优化、稳步发展是一个较好的选择.另一方面政府也对医药卫生相关体制改革提出了新的要求,强化公立医院内部管理便是其中的一点,突出医院自身公益性职能特点,并在实际情况基础上对医院分配制度进行适当调整,建立岗位绩效薪酬管理的行政体制,通过这种管理模式来进一步突出医务人员特点,同时也调动了医院各个岗位工作人员的积极性以及创造性.采取绩效管理手段提高医院行政人员工作积极性,不断完善相关体制,达到相互配合,为患者提供更好的医疗服务以及推动医院科学发展.
The advancement of medical cause and the deepening of medical reform have caused great contradiction between people’s demand for health and current medical resources. To solve this problem, we need to start from many aspects, among which, it is a better choice to improve the professional management level of administrative staff through various means to promote the rational optimization and steady development of hospital medical resources. On the other hand, the government has put forward new requirements for the reform of medical and health-related system. One of them is to strengthen the internal management of public hospitals, highlight the characteristics of public welfare functions of hospitals themselves, adjust the distribution system of hospitals appropriately on the basis of actual conditions, establish the administrative system of post performance salary management, and further highlight the characteristics of medical staff through this management model. At the same time, it also mobilizes the enthusiasm and creativity of staff in various positions in the hospital. We should take performance management measures to improve the enthusiasm of hospital administrators, constantly improve the relevant system, achieve mutual cooperation, provide better medical services for patients and promote the scientific development of hospitals.
