摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动对低年资护士防跌倒健康教育能力提高的作用.方法 2016年1至12月我科仅对低年资护士予以防跌倒常规宣教;2017年1月至12月我科开展以提高低年资护士防跌倒健康教育能力的品管圈活动,针对患者跌倒原因及对低年资护士的健康教育的满意度低,制定目标并落实,进行持续质量改进措施.统计分析2016年1至12月未开展品管圈期间及2017年1月至12月开展品管圈后我院患者跌倒发生率、低年资护士的健康教育能力及患者的满意度.结果 2017年1月至12月我科开展品管圈活动后,患者跌倒率由2016年1至12月活动前的0.425%下降至0.235%,对低年资护士的健康教育能力及患者的满意度有明显提高.结论开展品管圈活动增强了低年资护士为患者提供优质护理的意识,健康教育的重视程度提高,同时大大降低了因业务水平差、疏忽大意、医护沟通不到位等原因造成的差错.
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities on the improvement of falls prevention health education ability of junior nurses. Methods From January to December 2016, our department only gave routine education to junior nurses to prevent falls;from January to December 2017, we launched quality control circle activities to improve the ability of health education for junior nurses to prevent falls. Aiming at the causes of falls and the low satisfaction of health education for junior nurses, we formulated goals and implemented them, and carried out continuous quality improvement measures. The incidence of falls, the ability of health education of junior nurses and the satisfaction of patients were analyzed during the period from 2016 to December, and after the period from January to December 2017. Results From January to December 2017, the fall rate of patients decreased from 0.425% to 0.235% before the QCC activities in our department. The ability of health education of junior nurses and patients’ satisfaction were significantly improved. Conclusion Quality control circle activities have enhanced the awareness of junior nurses to provide quality nursing for patients, increased the importance of health education, and greatly reduced the errors caused by poor professional level, negligence and inadequate communication between doctors and nurses.
