摘要
人口老龄化及生存环境的恶化,加剧了社会对护理人才尤其是应用型护理人才的需求.我国护士拥有率相当低,不足千分之一.因而,如何运用有效的教学方法培养符合社会需求的应用型护理人才,已经成为高校及社会共同关注的问题.我校护理学院在创新应用型护理人才培养的基础上,大胆尝试,将CBL教学法应用于护理教学,增强了学生学习的主动性和积极性,不仅提高了学生的专业护理技能,而且增强了学生分析解决临床问题的能力.本文首先介绍了CBL教学法的含义和特点,之后列举了CBL教学法在我校护理学院应用型护理人才培养中的具体应用及取得成效,为今后CBL教学法在护理类高校的推广提供借鉴.
With the aging of the population and the deterioration of the living environment, the social demand for the nursing talents, especially the practical nursing talents, is acceleratingly increasing. In reality, however, the nurse owning rate is comparatively low, less than one over one thousand. Therefore, how to use effective teaching approaches to cultivate practical nurses, corresponding to the requirements of the society, has become the common concern of both colleges and society. With the foundation of innovative cultivation and adventurous practice, CBL teaching approach has been applied to nursing teaching at the Nursing College of Wuxi Taihu University, which enhances students’ initiative and positivity on study. CBL teaching method has not only improved students’ professional nursing skills, but also enhanced their capability of analyzing and solving clinic problems. Beginning with the definition and features of CBL teaching approach, the article then lists the concrete application and the solid achievements of CBL teaching experience, in order to provide reference and guidelines for future promotion of CBL teaching method in nursing college and universities.
