摘要
目的探讨对不明原因复发性流产早期妊娠患者应用低分子肝素联合人免疫球蛋白对患者安胎治疗的临床效果.方法将2016年1月至2018年12月期间,在我院进行救治的60例不明原因复发性流产早期妊娠患者当作本次的研究对象,分为对照组(黄体酮注射液及HCG治疗)和观察组(对照组基础上行低分子肝素联合人免疫球蛋白治疗),每组患者30例.对比治疗后患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应状态出现频率.结果治疗后,观察组患者的继续妊娠至12周的成功率为(86.67%)显著高于对照组患者的继续妊娠至12周的成功率为(46.67%);观察组再次自然流产概率明显低于对照组再次自然流产概率,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的总不良反应状态出现概率与对照组患者的总不良发应出现概率之间,组间无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论对于不明原因复发性流产早期妊娠患者,采取低分子肝素联合人免疫球蛋白治疗,可有效提高患者临床治疗效果,提高安胎率,且不良反应情况较少,有较高临床应用价值.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) combined with human immunoglobulin (HIG) in the treatment of early pregnancy with unexplained abortion. Methods From January 2016 to December 2018, 60 cases of early pregnancy with unexplained recurrent abortion in our hospital were divided into control group (progesterone injection and HCG treatment) and observation group (low molecular weight heparin combined with human immunoglobulin treatment on the basis of control group), 30 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy and the frequency of adverse reactions after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the success rate of the observation group from continuing pregnancy to 12 weeks (86.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group from continuing pregnancy to 12 weeks (46.67%);the probability of spontaneous abortion in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the occurrence probability of total adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with human immunoglobulin can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with early pregnancy of unexplained abortion, improve the rate of safe fetus, and have less adverse reactions, so it has high clinical value.
