摘要
目的研究在小儿消化不良性腹泻中使用中医推拿按摩治疗的临床效果.方法本文参考随机数字表法将2018年1月至2019年1月期间收治的54例消化不良性腹泻患儿进行组别均分,参照组(n=27)开展常规西药治疗,试验组(n=27)开展中医推拿按摩治疗,对参照组与试验组消化不良性腹泻患儿临床治疗有效率合计值、不良反应发生率、腹痛腹胀改善用时、大便性状改善用时、腹泻改善用时、住院时间实施比对.结果试验组消化不良性腹泻患儿临床治疗有效率合计值高于参照组数据,腹痛腹胀改善用时、大便性状改善用时、腹泻改善用时、住院时间低于参照组数据指标,P<0.05,表示数据指标之间的统计验证意义.试验组消化不良性腹泻患儿不良反应发生率对比参照组,P>0.05,数据指标不具有统计意义.结论将中医推拿按摩治疗用于小儿消化不良性腹泻中可缩短各项症状恢复时间,有利于提升临床治疗效果.
Objective To study the clinical effect of Chinese medicine massage therapy in children with dyspeptic diarrhea. Methods A total of 54 children with dyspeptic diarrhea who were admitted between January 2018 and January 2019 were divided into groups according to the random number table method.
