摘要
目的探讨不同肠内营养支持时间对食管癌患者术后营养状态的影响.方法于2018年6月至2018年12月,按照随机数字表法将80例食管癌术后患者随机分为试验组和对照组各40例,试验组为术后12小时开始肠内营养支持,对照组为术后24小时开始肠内营养支持.比较术前和术后3天、7天生化指标,以及术后肠道功能恢复情况(肛门排气、排便时间)和患者术后并发症.结果术后相关营养指标呈上升状态,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组肠道功能恢复早于对照组,并发症低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期肠内营养支持可有效改善患者营养状况,降低并发症,从而促进患者快速康复,提高食管癌患者生活品质.
Objective To investigate the effect of different enteral nutrition support time on postoperative nutritional status in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods From June 2018 to December 2018, 80 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method. The experimental group started the enteral nutrition support 12 hours after the operation. The control group started enteral nutrition support 24 hours after surgery. The preoperative and postoperative 3 and 7 day biochemical parameters, as wall as postoperative intestinal function recovery (anal exhaust, defecation time) and postoperative complications were compared. Results The postoperative nutritional status was elevated, and the experimental group was superior to the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Intestinal function recovery in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group, and the complications were lower than the control group. The different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition support can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients and reduce complications, thus promoting rapid recovery of patients and improving the quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer.
