前列腺素类药物用于计划生育手术中的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Prostaglandins in Family Planning Surgery

目的探讨前列腺素类药物在几类(人工流产、放置、取出IUD)计划生育手术中的应用效果,为计划生育手术应用前列腺素类药物提供参考.方法选择我院2017年1月至2018年8月行计划生育手术的112例患者,按照随机表法将其分为常规药物以及加行前列腺素类药物的对照组和观察组.对比两组计划生育手术患者术中出血量、手术时间、人工流产综合征、IUD一次性上环与取环成功率、并发症发生率与治疗效果.结果观察组计划生育手术临床总有效率、IUD一次性上环及取环成功率高于对照组,患者术中出血量、手术时间均少于对照组,人工流产综合征、并发症发生率均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论本文三类计划生育手术中应用前列腺素类药物可以明显提高治疗效果,应用价值显著.

Objective To investigate the effect of prostaglandins in several types of family planning surgery (induced abortion, placement, removal of IUD), and to provide a reference for the application of prostaglandins in family planning surgery. Methods 112 patients who underwent family planning surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group with conventional drugs and prostaglandins in accordance with the random table method. The amount of intraoperative blood loss, operation time, induced abortion syndrome, the success rate of one-time upper ring and removal of IUD, the incidence of complications and the treatment effect were compared between the two groups of patients undergoing family planning surgery. Results The total clinical effective rate of family planning surgery in the observation group, the success rate of one-time suture and removal of IUD ring was higher than that in the control group, the intraoperative blood loss and operation time of the patients were less than that in the control group, and the incidence of induced abortion syndrome and complications was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of prostaglandins in three types of family planning surgery can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and application value.
